If up to 8 guests staying two of the Guests can stay in the Bespoke modern Summer House, with Separate Home Office, Kitchen Area, Shower Room and Studio Room with comfy Bed. There is a good size rear garden to enjoy on those warmer days and nights with BBQ.
This Spacious House makes a great Holiday Let for Families and Friends to enjoy. The property is based along the coast approximately 20 minutes' drive to the centre of Brighton on the coast road and there is Free Parking in the area too. It is also a bus ride away to local areas such as the pretty village of Rottingdean, Brighton Marina and nearby is the popular outdoor Swimming pool at Saltdean lido. Locally you have shops, pubs and Restaurants nearby. Dog Friendly.
