We are covered by Client Protection Insurance (CMP) with our Lettings and Management properties. This was mandatory for all lettings and management agents to have this in place from January 2018 and means your money is protected by theft for example from an agent. In the event that this should happen Tenants and Landlords are able to claim back the entire amount of money that has been lost by a Director, Principal or Partner. This used to be capped but now it means whether you are owed £5,000 or £50,000 under this insurance you can claim all of your money back.
