Kim has over 30 year’s experience in sales and lettings, working within Brighton and Hove since 1994. Having been a co-director for a sales and lettings agent along Lewes Road Brighton, she set up Westbeach Properties on her own starting in June 2016. She has had allot of experience in the property industry and has knowledge of the Brighton & Hove area and can value your home for the Sales, long term lettings or Holiday/short let market.

Richard, our sales director originally from the west coast of Scotland has been a resident in Hove for almost 6 years having lived most of his years in London. He is a former estate manager with many years of property management experience and was for many years MD of one of the top household staffing agencies in the UK. Richard has great insight not only into the property market, but in managing his client’s expectations with professionalism and empathy.

Steph has a strong background in customer service, having worked for renowned companies such as British Airways as cabin crew and Virgin Atlantic clubhouse. Since joining Westbeach properties in 2021, Steph has built strong relationships with both clients and landlords ensuring the continued delivery of excellent service in lettings and holiday rentals.

Steph also plays a key role in managing our social media platforms.

Alfie White

Alfie White Lettings Assistant

Alfie has been working part time at Westbeach since September 2023 and has been a useful and helpful team member within the office. He is currently doing A level Photography, Music Technology BTEC and Studying Film at College. Westbeach have benefited from Alfie’s photography skills in and around Brighton too.
