This Two Bedroom Detached Residence is perfect for anyone looking for a Peaceful Break Away situated on the outskirts of Brighton as a HOLIDAY LET. Easy access into Brighton City centre and offers FREE PARKING, HOT TUB and is also DOG FRIENDLY.
You are first greeted with a spacious hallway door leading through to this impressive Lounge area with vaulted ceiling, large TV with Sky and comfy sofas then opens to the Dining Area with good size table and plenty of chairs. This room wraps round to the Conservatory and good size Kitchen/Breakfast room and comes fully equipped and everything you need for your self catering accommodation. The master Bedroom is to the front of the house with white shutters, fitted wardrobe and Kingsize bed and has an en-suite Shower room. The Second bedroom has a double bed and sofa bed handy for a further 2 guests (extra cost of £25 per person per night, please specify if this is required on booking. There is also the Family Bathroom with separate shower and bath.
This property is situated in a beautiful setting on the outskirts of Brighton with views of Sussex Countrywide. You have a choice of many walks nearby perfect for guests with Dogs. If you choose to leave the car at the house its easy to catch the number 27 which will take you into Brighton City Centre.
