It is perfectly located for leaving the car and wandering along the seafront into to Brighton to explore its many attractions including the famous Brighton Pier, The Royal Pavilion, and the bustling and bohemian North Laine and South Lanes shopping area. A couple of minutes' walk away is Church Road where there are good frequent bus routes that serve the rest of the city.

There is additional pay & display parking in the neighbourhood. As this is a prime location, this is often in demand but there are numerous bays and parking is free between 8pm-9am. The easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days.
