This is a lovely one bedroom ground floor apartment with front patio situated just off Hove seafront which is just a short walk away. Also ideally situated nearby is Church Road with its shops, restaurants and cafes. King Alfred leisure centre with its gym and swimming pool facilities. There is also free tennis courts and there is watersports at Hove lagoon and play area for the kids. There are good bus routes that take you to Brighton and the otherside of the city.

This property benefits from having a lovely lounge , a fitted kitchen for all your catering needs table with two chairs, the bedroom is lovely and bright with kingsize bed, bathroom with shower. This property also has the benefits from having its own patio garden, great for those summer mornings. There is parking for 1 car and there are two doors for your own access from lounge and bedroom. There is the option of a pull out single bed that is suitable for a child, please let us know if this is something you would need. The property is ground floor and would be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Please note that the owners reside in the flat above.

The area is particularly popular with families. If you drive, we offer free parking. Brighton is a bustling and vibrant, artistic city, but it can also be very noisy, so if you want the fun but to come home to some peace and quiet, Hove is ideal. We are close to great transport links.

Getting Around
We are fortunate to be ideally situated to reach Brighton and London. There is a frequent and direct bus to Brighton at the top of our road. The journey takes ten minutes. The train takes 8 minutes to get to Brighton and just over an hour to London Victoria. We live close to the sea so would recommend a beautiful seafront walk to Brighton which takes 45 minutes. Alternatively, if you prefer a walk in the countryside then the South Downs are a 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction! Beautiful scenery and charming villages. We`re incredibly lucky to have both on our doorstep.

Guest Rules
In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.

Check in time is from 3pm and check out time is by 11am.
