This property is in a great location and is set in a picturesque quiet street leading directly down to Hove Promenade. The property is set up over two floors from the entrance you will immediately find the lounge, with a separate kitchen which includes the white goods, bathroom with bath and shower attachment, two double bedrooms which are tastefully decorated are arranged over the second floor. This property also benefits from gas central heating and your own front door. This is a fully furnished property and PET FRIENDLY.

Also ideally situated with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs, a hut selling local fish straight off the boat and King Alfred leisure centre with its gym and swimming pool facilities. A 10 minute walk has free tennis courts and watersports at Hove lagoon. George Street and shops along Church Road is 5 minutes away with bus routes into Brighton City centre and approximately 20 minute walk away to Hove train station with it`s London links.

There are is parking and the meters cost around £5 for 11 hours. Please check availability. Please note that the prices can vary due to different times throughout the year.
