Stripped floorboards, marble fireplaces, decorative plaster work, tall skirting & high ceilings together with relaxed 20th Century furniture & furnishings make up the main part of this Victorian townhouse, which is arranged over three floors. Please note no shoes to be worn inside the house as the floorboards get dented easily. The bathrooms both have a shower & a bath, and are very spacious. The kitchen is separate from the drawing & dining rooms, and leads directly on to the walled garden which can be lit-up at night & has an outdoor seating area. Comfortable clean furniture throughout & loads of space for your privacy. Wi-fi is free to use. children above 10 years old are welcome.
Guest will have use of all rooms on the ground, first and second floors and the rear garden. There may be a cupboard here or there locked that you will not have access to.
This is a very neighbourly area, everyone knows everyone and are extremely friendly. The shops, cafes, supermarkets & railway station for Hove are all very close by, as is the gym, a hot yoga centre & a whole-food store. Brighton is an easy 15 minute walk. Hove lawns & the beach are literally 5 minutes away. The stunning South Downs national park, with all it`s country pubs, walking trails & outdoor activities is about 20 minutes away.
