As you come into the apartment on your right you are welcomed with this lovely bright and sunny lounge with period Regency features, that has a sofa bed for the additional 1 guest staying and LCD TV and dining table for guests along with a feature fireplace. There is a well fitted separate kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and all of your self catering needs while you stay, bathroom and a good lovely bright bedroom with double bed and dressing area.
Parking information: There are some pay and display bays on the immediate road, however the Regency Square car park located underground in the centre of the square is the most cost-effective and convenient, it is also within a minutes walk to the property. The car park is open 24/7 and has been awarded a `Park Mark` for safer parking. This car park does also have charging bays for electric vehicles. (please note, this car park does not have a lift). The car park is reasonably priced considering the location. It costs just £18 for a 24 hour stay, also just £4.50 for evening stays (6pm-midnight) and £5 for night stays (midnight-11am).
