This property is situated in a popular Hove location close to New Church Road, Richardson Road shops, cafes, restaurants along Church Road and just a walk away down to Hove beach and seafront and walking distance to Hove Station. At the bottom of this road is the bus service 700 and along New Church Road is the Number 1 bus service taking you to the other side of the city. Parking has bays in the road £5.20 for 11 hours or there is free parking around the Richardson Road area after 11 am till 8 pm.
This property also has the benefits from having dual aspect very bright and sunny with its own balcony which is great for those summer evenings. There is also a single pull out mattress suitable for a child to stay.
