- We can prepare full Inventories, schedule of condition and photographs (additional fee chargeable )
- We can set up and arrange for Landlord Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses cover (separate charge)
- We can assist with end of tenancy cleaning using our approved contractors
- We can arrange for EPC’s, electrical test reports and Gas Safety Certificates to be done on your property (separate charge)
- We have numerous approved contractors with a wealth of experience in residential property..
- We can provide free expert advice on property presentation helping you to achieve the highest rental yields and find the most suitable tenant’s
- We can prepare monthly statements which can be sent via email or post providing you with a full detailed breakdown of income and expenditure
- Our office is open 6 days a week 9 am – 5.30 pm and on Saturdays 9 am – 3 pm and if need be we can be flexible out of hours as this can be the only time tenants can view to fit around after their working day
- We use a professional reference agency to carry out Identity verification, right to rent checks and affordability references on all our applicants prior to their move.
- We will upload the property details automatically onto our website and other portals such as On The Market, we also have links via our website to Facebook and Twitter with Property details, photos and description.
