Brighton Racecourse will be holding their annual fireworks display on the 5th November. The gates will open at 6pm and the fireworks will start at 7.30pm. Admission is £10 for adults and £5 for children under 16, under 5’s go free. There will also be a range of fairground rides and refreshments available before the fireworks display.
The Family Firework Spectacular will return to Nevill Recreation Ground on Saturday the 4th November. It will display a range of choreographed pyrotechnics to a soundtrack of the latest music. The gates will open at 5pm with the display starting ay 7pm.
There is also always a display at the Sussex County Cricket Ground, in Hove. The display will be presented by Domestic and General and hosted by Juice. It will also be supported by Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and the Sussex Cricket Foundation. Tickets for this event are priced at £10 for adults, £5 for under 16s, under 5s go free. There is also a hospitality ticket available for the price of £25 and includes access to the Spen Cama Pavilion, a two-course meal and a private bar.
There is of course ‘Lewes Bonfire’ on Saturday 4th November. It is the most famous bonfire complete with fireworks and effigy burning. However, this isn’t suitable for children in pushchairs, pregnant ladies or those with mobility issues.
The Brighton Zombie Walk will also be back, but will be held on Brighton Palace Pier. This will start at 1pm on the 28th October. If you are interested in registering as a zombie than you must register.
